**Qualification - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution**

**Salary -Upto 7 LPA**

Experience - Min. 6+ yrs and Max. 8 yrs. and worked for residential building (Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp).

1. Lead architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring

adherence to client requirements, budgetary constraints, and regulatory

standards.

2. Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to

develop innovative and feasible design solutions that meet both aesthetic and

functional objectives.

3. Provide expertise in architectural planning, site analysis, spatial design, and

material selection to optimize project outcomes and enhance overall project

value.

4. Oversee the preparation and presentation of architectural drawings, models, and

specifications, utilizing industry-standard software and techniques to

communicate design intent effectively.

5. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of building sites, existing structures, and

environmental factors to inform design decisions and mitigate potential

challenges or risks.

6. Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and

supportive work environment conducive to professional growth and

development.

7. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture

and construction, integrating relevant advancements into project workflows and

methodologies.

8. Coordinate with project managers and construction teams throughout the

construction phase to ensure alignment with design intent, quality standards, and

project timelines.

9. Serve as a liaison between clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders

to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the design and

construction process.

10.Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,

exhibiting a commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of architectural

practice.
