**Job Title**:Supervisor (Electrical)**

The role of the Supervisor (Electrical) requires strong technical knowledge, leadership and management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of electrical technicians and workers on site, ensuring that work is carried out to the required quality and safety standards, and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Supervisor (Electrical**) will be responsible for overviewing the design, installation, and maintenance of LT Overhead and Underground electrical cabling system, ensuring that project milestones are achieved adhering to Client deadlines, Budgeting, and as per the required specifications.

**Key Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Supervising the work of electrical technicians and workers on site

2. Overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems

3. Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues

4. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards

5. Managing materials and equipment required for the job.

6. Providing regular progress reports to the Project Manager

7. Ensuring that work is carried out to the required quality standards.

8. Managing and motivating the team

9. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering/Trade

**Skill Required**

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong problem-solving skills

3. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards

4. Leadership and management skills

5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.

**Salary**: 1,80,000 to 2,64,000 LPA

**Job Location**:Bhopal/ Indore

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
