As a Digital Marketing Strategist with a minimum of 1 year of experience, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing effective digital marketing campaigns for our diverse clientele. If you possess a strong command over Social Media Paid Ads, Google Ads, Organic reach, Paid Reach, and SEO strategies, we invite you to take the lead in driving our clients' online success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Planning**: Develop comprehensive and data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives, target audiences, and budgets.

**Paid Advertising**: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

**Organic Reach**: Implement strategies to enhance organic reach and engagement on social media platforms, leveraging content marketing, community engagement, and audience targeting.

**SEO Strategy**: Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.

**Analytics and Insights**: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms. Use insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

**Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and shareable content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing objectives.

**Budget Management**: Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources, and optimize spending to achieve the best possible outcomes.

**Digital Trends**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to integrate cutting-edge practices into campaign strategies.

**Client Collaboration**: Interact with clients, understand their goals, provide marketing recommendations, and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or marketing-related field.

**Social Media Advertising**: Proven expertise in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on popular social media platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

**Google Ads**: Proficient in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing.

**Organic Reach**: Familiarity with social media organic reach strategies, content planning, and community management to drive engagement and brand awareness.

**SEO Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization techniques.

**Data-Driven Approach**: Analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to inform marketing decisions and achieve campaign objectives.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex marketing concepts clearly and effectively.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies and implement them effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Certifications**: Relevant certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, or social media advertising are a plus.

**Marketing Analytics**: Familiarity with data visualization tools and marketing automation platforms would be advantageous.
