**Role Description**:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive to bolster our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our social media presence and digital marketing efforts. Your role will encompass creating captivating content for various social media platforms, executing digital marketing strategies, and engaging with our audience effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft engaging and compelling content for diverse social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Implement and execute digital marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, foster engagement, and generate leads.
- Oversee day-to-day social media operations including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to align digital marketing efforts with content strategy and objectives.
- Stay abreast of social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, deriving actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media management.
- Provide support in blog publishing and daily task reporting as necessary.
- Proficient use of Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint for report creation is advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a robust portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Knowledge of design and architecture is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to publish blogs and report daily tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint for report creation is a plus.
