Admin Executive

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files both in physical and electronic formats.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation, document verification, and IT setup.
Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office equipment, maintenance, and other services.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and logistics.
Manage travel arrangements for employees and visitors, including flights, accommodations, and visa processing.
Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records of expenses.
Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Support HR activities such as maintaining employee records, leave management, and assisting with payroll processing.
Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues and ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and systems.
Assist in maintaining office security and confidentiality of information.
Provide administrative support to other departments and senior executives as required.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,373.16 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
