**Jobs Responsibilities**
Ø Answers questions from the customer and inform customers about offers.
Ø Provide updates on the status of the order.
Ø Assist the customer with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services.
Ø Answer any questions about the company’s policies and procedures.
**Skills**
Ø You should have a good knowledge of computer systems.
Ø You should have experience of handling customers on chat.
Ø You should be able to handle multiple customers at once.
Ø You should have the ability to write Hindi & English, and speak English.
Ø You should have a typing speed of 40WPM with reasonable accuracy.
Ø You should be familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ø You should have customer-oriented service support skills.
Ø You should have the ability to handle multi-task.
Ø Your communication skills should be good.
**Office Timing:
- **
Monday to Saturday and Sunday or Rotational Off
Time : 8:30 a.m to 7:00 p.m (over time will be paid)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- NSP, Pitampura, Delhi - 110034, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
