**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers warmly as they approach the self-service counter and assist them in placing their orders using **Pet Pooja POS software.**

Accurately enter customer orders into the system and ensure timely processing.

Monitor the self-service area to maintain cleanliness and organization, including condiment stations, napkin dispensers, and beverage machines.

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Replenish food items and beverages to maintain availability and freshness throughout service hours.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Process payments using **Pet Pooja POS software** and ensure accuracy in cash handling.

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of food items.

Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service flow and customer satisfaction.

Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a customer service role within the restaurant industry is preferred.

Familiarity with **Pet Pooja POS software** or similar restaurant management software is a strong asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and cash handling.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification.
