Telecaller (Experienced)

**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote company products/services.
- **Proven experience as a Tele caller or a similar customer service/sales role.**
- Engage in proactive communication to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and update the customer database.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to fluently communicate in both languages is essential.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Goal -oriented and results -driven attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to details.
- Proficient computer skills and experience.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in tele calling or customer service/sales is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
