**Sales Executive Job Description**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer

needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and

social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Generating leads into exhibitions & events industry, targeting high potential clients

participating in the exhibitions
- Overlook lead generation on social media and offline media channels
- Tracking and making reports on paid lead generation channels
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to sell flats/shops/office
- Showing properties to potential buyers and resolving any doubts raised
- Evaluate customer’s needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Negotiate and close deals with best rates
- Create sales strategy to achieve company goals
- Achieve personal and team sales goals
- Ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
- Generate or follow through sales leads
- Sourcing and identification of right channel partners and local brokers
- Sourcing of end user clients
- Managing and motivating a team of sales executive & tele callers
- Set targets for Sales staff and strive to achieve them
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Presentable Personality.
- Must have own 2 wheeler.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
