JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming communications in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for ministry staff, ensuring effective time management.
- Provide information about ministry programs, events, and services to callers and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and correspondence to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist in the planning and execution of ministry events as needed.
- Work closely with other staff members to support the overall mission and activities of the ministry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
