FlytBase is a global leader in enterprise drone software automation. FlytBase platform is enabling drone-in-a-box deployments all across the globe and has the largest network of partners in 50+ countries.

The team comprises young engineers and designers from top-tier universities such as IIT-B, IIT-KGP, University of Maryland, Georgia Tech, COEP, SRM, KIIT and with deep expertise in drone technology, computer science, electronics, aerospace, and robotics.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Content Marketing**:
Work with the Talent Marketing team to brainstorm and plan engaging content for our social media channels and our Careers Website.
Work alongside various departments to align marketing strategies with overarching company goals.

**Event Marketing**:
Help plan, organize and execute internal and external events.

**Take up ownership of an event cycle**: create pre-event, during and post-event checklists.
Create a content bucket to repurpose content from each event.

**Social Media Management**:
Create marketing campaigns that portray the culture at FlytBase.
Regular posting on channels like LinkedIn, Twitter (X) and Instagram.
Create and maintain social media calendars for each week.

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Are great with people - possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
Excel in building relationships, and understanding team needs.
Proven interest in social media and digital marketing.
Exceptional communication and creative writing skills.
Are available for a full-time role based in Pune.

**Compensation**:
