PROCESS: SALES COORDINATOR
Define: Sales Coordinator is one who assigns leads to sales engineers, collects customer, establishes need, resolves their objections, sends proposals, by negotiating and finalizing the order or fixing up appointment with field sales engineer and collecting payment

8. Sending proforma invoice
9. Creating scope of supply
10. Creating contract review format
11. Create Calls plan for the Week
12. Organizing leads generated Based on prescribed categories /profiles or A, B, C Customers
Presales/Appointment setting
- b) Develop you objection handling techniques
c) Execute the calls to setup meetings
e) Record data on the database tracker. To call customers to understand their needs, do objection handling, making proposals, negotiate and follow up till the order gets finalized.
