**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a _Customer Experience (CX) Programme Expert_ for the Sales Management & Customer Service team within Marketing Operations. Your key focus will be to drive CX deliverables together with the market groups and meet the Sales & Customer Management objectives to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You are the first point of contact for CX drivers and BEXs in the market groups, supporting with queries on CX process and tools. You support in CX capability building and continuous improvement through regular interaction with the markets groups in your respective region. Contributing to a great user experience in driving the customer voice in the company.

In this role, you will report to the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence manager. The location is ideally in Pune (Chakan) and requires to provide support across different time zones on need basis.

**What you will do**:

- Perform regular quality checks in CX program tools, demonstrate data entry and analytical skills to support various stakeholders globally and in the markets.
- Support in keeping training material relevant, provide training on need basis and participate in communication activities with stakeholders and markets groups.

**We believe you have**:

- Customer facing or customer support experience in the areas of customer service, sales and / or relationship management.
- The ability to convey the CX strategic direction into operational activities.
- Building successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you know how to get things done, both through formal channels and the informal network.
- You probably have a Graduate or equivalent (in any relevant discipline) with minimum 5 years’ experience and are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Qualtrics, Power BI, MS Office and / or any data visualization tools is a plus.
