Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Drafting and Design**: Generate precise 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback into draft designs.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all design projects, including specifications, revisions, and as-built drawings.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough reviews of drafted designs to identify and rectify errors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide progress updates.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address design challenges by proposing innovative and practical solutions that meet both technical and aesthetic requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and relevant software updates to enhance drafting skills and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: A degree or diploma in drafting, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a draftsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse drafting projects.
- **Skills**: Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.), strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Salary Range: 10,000 - 25,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)
