As an Education Counselor at Shiv Shakti Enterprises, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals in making important decisions about their education and career paths. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance, information, and support to students, parents, and professionals seeking to achieve their educational and career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Counseling Sessions**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students, parents, or professionals to assess their educational needs, aspirations, and interests.

2. **Educational Planning**: Assist clients in creating personalized education and career plans based on their goals, academic strengths, and interests.

3. **College and Program Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education, colleges, universities, and vocational programs to provide accurate information to clients.

6. **Test Preparation**: Recommend and provide guidance on standardized test preparation, such as SAT, ACT, GRE, or other relevant exams.

7. **Career Counseling**: Offer career guidance, including job market trends, industry insights, and skill development recommendations.

9. **Client Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.

10. **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on various educational and career-related topics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant counseling or advising experience in an educational or career counseling setting.
- Strong knowledge of educational institutions, programs, and admissions processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient attitude with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and career development resources.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
