**Responsibilities**:
**Visa Counselling**:
- Provide accurate information and advice to clients regarding visa processes, requirements, and options.
- Remain updated on the latest visa policies, procedures, and requirements for different countries.
**IELTS Counselling**:
- Advise and guide clients on IELTS exam pattern, registration process, and preparation strategies.
- Review clients’ IELTS scores and recommend appropriate courses or pathways for desired countries.
**Documentation**:
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and updated in the company database.
- Liaise with Universities, embassies, and agencies to facilitate smooth visa processing for clients.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Address client concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
**Continuous Learning**:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of immigration, visa policies, and IELTS exams.
- Attend relevant training and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A degree in a related field such as international relations, travel, or education is a plus.
Prior experience in visa counselling, IELTS training, or a similar role is preferred.
Proficient in English and Punjabi. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
Strong understanding of visa regulations and IELTS exam structure.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
