Job Summary:
As a tele counsellor, you will be responsible for providing counselling services to individuals over the phone or through virtual communication platforms. You will help clients identify and address mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as other personal and social concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counselling of Students / parents on courses offered by brand.
- Ably guide students based on their interest.
- Ability to provide information clearly and effectively.
- Generating walk-ins from leads/other sources and referrals.
- Mobilizing the student groups over phone for programming courses and technologies.
- Follow up with the students who have shown the keen interest but have not walked into coaching institute for enrollment.10.
- Day to day connect with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a counsellor
- Freshers preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and the ability to establish rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of various counselling techniques and theories
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Comfortable working with technology and virtual communication platforms
