Open Position: PA to MD

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide executive and administrative support to the MD in all day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate and collaborate with employees, managers, clients and vendors and

update the MD on a regular basis
- Make and answer phone calls on behalf of the MD
- Contribute towards improving the workflow and process in the office, and therefore, the

efficiency

necessary
- Schedule appointments / meetings online and offline
- Coordinate all travel arrangements when required
- Taking notes and minutes of meetings
- Creating reports using information and data provided for presentation as and when

required
- Maintain an efficient filing system
- Any other work delegated by the MD

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
