**Scrum Master Job Description**

Scrum Master help the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and daily activities. Scrum Master role may include additional duties and responsibilities and require expertise in a specific area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and monitoring daily tasks, weekly tasks, plans, project schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring tasks deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Maintain tasks in Project management software (ClickUp).
- Follow up with team to achieve deadline of each tasks.
- Send weekly, monthly reports to clients with task analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- Three years of experience in a related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.

**Experience**:

- Scrum: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- PMP (preferred)
