Production Supervisor

**Prouction Supervisor in a Chemical Manufacturing Company**

Take charge of shift from supervisor at the working place of last shift by understanding about all production sections
- status of activities at the end of shift and activities to be continued
- deviations incurred in last two shifts and instructions received from Plant Manager for corrective actions and status of execution of corrective action and precautions required to be taken due to deviation incurred
- any failure of machinery and work orders issued and maintenance work being conducted and their status
- any other relevant matters

handing over
- tools and tackles which should be in possession of supervisor
- BPCR / log-sheet which have been got issued from QA for planned production activities.

ensure all equipments are cleaned from contamination of previous product.

Shift management

Issuance of raw material, logsheets, production records

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area as expected by Good Manufacturing Practices and internal QA systems.

Report required changes in standard operating procedure to Production Manager and assist the implementation of changes in operating procedures and facility.

Coordinate with maintenance team for undertaking preventive maintenance work of the equipment.

Lead on-site emergencies and coordinate efforts of the team to mitigate the emergency

Train the operators and helpers for undertaking the production activities, safety precautions and related activities.

Ensure the discipline of the company is followed by all the employees in the shift and issue show cause notices to employees in the shift who has broken the discipline and not followed the instructions

Coordinate with QA and qualification team for undertaking process validation and equipment qualification

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
