Draftman/woman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Draftsman to join our team. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, managing quotation processes, updating registers, and ensuring timely communication with clients and team members.

- Check and update enquiry groups, mail, and quote tracker.
- Monitor reporting WhatsApp groups and update the reporting register in Microsoft Excel.
- Check the measurements and maintenance WhatsApp groups and update the registers in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare the quote template.
- Obtain rate approval from the Managing Director or authorized persons.
- Prepare the final quote and get final approval from the Managing Director, Director, or authorized person with a signature.
- Send the pending measurements taken from site/maintenance reports in the group.
- Send the final quote by mail or WhatsApp group.
- Ensure all quotes are shared with the client.
- Prepare daily reports.
- Prepare CAD drawings.
- Keep files organized month-wise for all quotes.
- Generate month-wise reports of each site supervisor.
- Attend meetings.
- Update quote tracking every Monday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 3 years (required)
