Front Desk Receptionist

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your duties will include welcoming guests and patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling billing processes. A high level of professionalism and a friendly behaviour are essential in this role to ensure a positive experience for our patients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients as they approach the front desk.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our clinic management software.
- Handle patient billing and ensure accuracy in data entry with attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) for daily tasks.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operate and manage the Tally software system for accounting purposes; experience with Tally is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and invoice creation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., Payment machines and printers).
- Strong communication skills and ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP software will be considered an advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
