**Position: QA -Executive

Location: Sarigam near by vapi

Experience: 5- 6 Years

Industries: Pharma

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparation and execution of validation protocol and preparation of reports for cleaning validation, water system validation, process validation, computer system validation, new equipment qualification, and Re-qualification of existing equipment.
- Responsible for preparation and execution of validation protocol and reports of transportation study and qualification.
- Responsible for temperature in mapping, facility qualification, and other validation/qualification activities ie. Protocol preparation, planning execution, report preparation, etc.
- Responsible for execution of all validation/qualification activities.
- To assign protocol & report numbering for validation activities.
- Responsible for alarm verification activities.
- To be part of quality risk management, deviation, change control, investigation, internal audit.
- Responsible for preparation and review of SOPs related to the validation activities.
- Responsible for preparation & review of calibration planner, calibration schedule, and summary report.
- To review engineering drawing or layouts

**Required Skills**:

- Must have 6+ years of experience working in regulatory plant.
- Experience in Method Validation.
- Experience in Stability Study.
- Experience of review Electronic data review and backup systems.
- Expert in Qualification of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, AAS, FTIR, UV etc.
- Expert in Calibration of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, AAS, FTIR, UV etc.
- Must have minimum 3+ years of experience as a Reviewer.
- Must have an experience of reviewing all types of QC software.
- Must be familiar with cGMP/GLP practices and ICH and FDA Guidelines.

**Required Qualification: - B.Pharma/M.Pharma**
