**Job Location: S R Public School (under the ownership of Rathi Group)**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in Mathematics and Science, following the CBSE curriculum and syllabus.

2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and engagement in the learning process.

3. Teach mathematical and scientific concepts, theories, and problem-solving techniques using a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology.

5. Monitor and assess student progress, understanding, and performance through regular formative and summative assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

6. Implement effective strategies to support students with different learning needs, including gifted students and those requiring additional support.

7. Use appropriate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate and report student achievements in alignment with CBSE guidelines.

8. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and ethical conduct among students.

9. Stay updated with the latest developments in Mathematics and Science education, integrating new teaching methodologies and emerging technologies into the classroom.

10. Engage students in scientific inquiry, experiments, and research projects to cultivate their scientific curiosity and investigative skills.

13. Organize and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities related to Mathematics and Science, such as science fairs, math quizzes, and Olympiads.

14. Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement, and actively involve parents in their child's education.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.

2. B.Ed. or other teaching certification recognized by the CBSE Board.

3. Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum, examination patterns, and assessment practices.

4. Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.

5. Proficiency in using technology tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
