Plan, manage, and execute Amazon PPC campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously. Continuously monitor campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and/or cost per acquisition (CPA) while suggesting and executing ongoing optimisation strategies to hit and exceed assigned KPIs.
- Develop and manage AOP plans based on revenue targets, marketing spending, and new product launches.
- Drive customer experience by optimising listing quality, product ratings, regional replications, and strategic pricing alignment.
- Inventory planning and forecasting across all e-commerce channels
- Driving digital marketing campaigns across different eCommerce channels, monitoring their performance, and optimising their ROI as per the company's goals and budgets.
- Relationship management with the eCommerce operations team, production team, vendor partners, and brand team
- Driving core marketing initiatives: new product launches, new channel identification, pricing strategy, etc.
- Ability to work on tools such as Amazon Pi and Helium 10 (or similar tools).
- Collaborating with web designers as well as graphic designers for all marketing assets Managing Shopify website product listings, including management of products, pricing, inventory, et cetera.
- Oversee the implementation of customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a sizable book of business, consisting of multiple brands and clients ranging from small to large in size.
- Execute Amazon Advertising Campaigns: Manage campaign creation and Amazon advertising investment for multiple direct-response ad types across a portfolio of clients.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, and PPC
- Must have an understanding of E-Commerce advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with extensive experience in synthesising data into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving, Creative thinking & project management abilities accompanied by excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Deliver consistent quarter-on-quarter growth in client advertising performance and investment.
- Drive client strategy from data: Source and analyze data through the use of tools such as Excel.
- Design reporting methods, concentrated on data visualization, to develop insights into a brand performance that are not readily evident through creative and strategic thinking.
- Solve process inefficiencies: Develop tools, processes, and reporting to solutions for inefficiencies in daily campaign management execution.
