**What this job involves**:
Demonstrate strong new business development.
Leverage existing and new relationships with developers and retailers particularly focusing on leasing and sale transactions.
Networking with retailers, landowners, and mall owners to identify new business opportunities.
Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for responsible geography.
Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual targets Transaction Management
Conducting site survey, micro siting, site procurement, and identification of retail supply.
Pool details of the property with respect to coordinates and details of property owner and conduct site inspections.
Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on rentals, market values, sales performance and participate in proposal discussions.
Manage the entire process of leasing/acquisition including supply/demand identification, financial modelling, best use analysis, target identification, deal structuring, and negotiation, legal and commercial due diligence coordination.
Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, and market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants & Government bodies.
Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
Requires travel to Tier 2,3,4 cities as per business requirements. At times, there could be frequent business travel as well.

Key Skills
Minimum 3-5 years of leasing/sales experience preferably in Real estate.
Good understanding of prime locations suitable for setting up retail showrooms and/or malls and experience in working in emerging markets.
Knowledge of leasing contracts (malls & high-street), negotiation, documentation, clauses, and interpretation.
Proven relationships working with regional/national mall developers, landlords, hoteliers, and retail brands.
Strong negotiations and sales-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education Background
Graduate degree in either business administration, real estate, and/or hotel management. MBA will be an added advantage.
