Qc Microbiologist

MICRO - EXECUTIVE / OFFICER (fssc 22000) for Beverages

** Minimum Experience : 5 years

1. Analysis / Checking of reports, registers and records.

2. RDS Issuance & Inward recording of microbiological samples

3. Checking of Water Reports.

4. Water & EM Trends preparation.

5. Fssc 22000 is must for Beverages

6. Media stock & consumption maintenance, personal hygiene monitoring.

7. Calibration & monitoring activities of Micro Lab.

8. Media decontamination & recording.

9. Checking of culture dilution records.

10. SOP / Protocol Preparation.

11. Microbiological Assay, Disinfectant Efficacy.

12. Microbiological validation Activity.

13. Lot creation and result recording.

14. Laboratory maintenance
- Status label, storage and maintenance of lab as per GLP requirement.

15. Water analysis & reporting (chemical & micro)

16. Microbiological analysis of FG/RM/stability sample

17. BOD Incubator / Incubator temperature data maintenance

18. Microbiological daily records & logs.

19. Growth promotion testing; reporting & checking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
