Job Title: Rigger Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in relevant field Experience: 2+ years Location: Chennai Job Description:
As a Rigger, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently rigging and lifting heavy objects and equipment on-site.

**Responsibilities**:
*Conduct pre-job safety inspections of rigging equipment. *Set up rigging equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. *Rig and lift heavy objects and equipment using appropriate techniques and equipment. *Ensure that all rigging activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines. *Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate rigging activities. *Maintain a clean and organized work area. *Perform regular maintenance on rigging equipment and tools. *Assist in the training of new rigging team members.

**Requirements**:
*ITI certification in a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rigger. *Knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. *Ability to read and interpret rigging drawings and plans. *Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. *Good communication and teamwork skills. *Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. *Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects.
