Vmc Operator

1. Can operate Siemens controller.

2. Prepare and operate and VMC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

3. Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.

4. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.

5. Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.

6. Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts.

7. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

8. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.

9. Regular maintenance of VMC machine, Remove and replace dull cutting tools.

10. Test and adjust machine speeds or actions, according to product specifications, using gauges and hand tools.

11. Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments fixtures, and work-pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- VMC: 3 years (required)
