Hindi Teacher

Shalom Residential Public School is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hindi Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Hindi Teacher at Shalom, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students to develop proficiency in the Hindi language and deepen their understanding of Hindi literature and culture. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students while fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum objectives and cater to the varying proficiency levels of students.

2. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, instructional materials, and technology to facilitate interactive and meaningful learning experiences in Hindi language and literature.

3. Assess students' language skills and progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, tests, and other assessment tools, providing timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.

4. Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes active participation, collaboration, and respect for diversity among students.

5. Integrate cultural components and real-world contexts into lessons to enhance students' cultural awareness and appreciation of the Hindi language and culture.

6. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development activities, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Hindi language program.

7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and other relevant information, and communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and achievements.

8. Uphold the school's values and ethos, and serve as a positive role model for students both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Hindi language, literature, education, or a related field.

2. Teaching certification or diploma in education (B.Ed., D.El.Ed., etc.) preferred.

3. Fluency in spoken and written Hindi, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

4. Previous experience teaching Hindi language and literature at the primary, secondary, or higher secondary level is advantageous.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

6. Passion for teaching and promoting language learning, along with a commitment to student success and holistic development.

7. Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

8. Dedication to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered.

**Salary**: ₹18,870.45 - ₹25,368.87 per month
