**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and opportunities
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure new business
- Provide project management oversight for business development initiatives

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
