- Coordinate all activities to maintain and increase business/sales volume. This includes advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing market trends.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting
- Implements sales programs by developing action plans.
- Able to monitor costs & market competition.
- Travel agent & Event companies network

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overall resort sales with full occupancy.
- Maximum Revenue Generation
- Conduct Marketing Research & Activity
- Plan all Marketing Strategies
- Maximize Customer Awareness
- Promoting Facilities and Property
- Build Customer Relationships
- Tie up with Corporate Groups & other Groups/Team/Institutions
- Tie up with maximum tour and travel agents
- Relation Building with Online business Partners for sales generation.

**Qualification**: Any Graduation / MBA -Sales Marketing or PG/UG in Hospitality will be preferred.
**Experience** : 1-3 Yrs in Resort sales will be preferred.
**Location**: Lucknow

**Salary Range** : 12k to 25k

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
