**Job description**
**Job Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic training professional, who has expertise in developing and delivering High-Impact Sales and Support Training modules. The position is responsible for providing soft skills training to branch employees and Client resources. This includes developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and assessments that promote individual growth and development. Help Sales and Customer Support teams in increasing overall Service Standards by ensuring they have the skills to offer great customer service experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- As an individual contributor, incumbent will deliver variety of training programs in online mode/classroom mode/on-the-Job (for e.g. **Sales Skill, Customer Delight, ERP).** Covering skills, competencies & etiquettes required for employees.
- Conduct periodic TNA to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. Design and develop soft skills training programs that meet the needs of the branch staff & Client. Main responsibilities include identifying training needs of existing and existing employees and accordingly scheduling and conducting Soft Skills training programs.
- Conduct refresher training workshops for the targeted audience in line with the client needs.
- Develop and facilitate knowledge checks/online assessments on monthly basis.
- Design on boarding session for new hires on Soft Skills.
- Support OJT period by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants and managers after a course has been completed.
- Monitor calls on Communication and Soft Skills.
- Provides continuous Coaching & Feedback to enhance agent performance.
- Conduct voice coaching activities on the Production floor to improve or maintain Communication skills of the associates. Listen to calls (recorded/side-by-side) on the Production floor
- To perform job functions within predetermined KPIs/ performance standards.
- Developing and implementing training programs that are aligned with business objectives, including design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments.
- Coordinating with other members of the organizations training department to develop and deliver training programs
- Providing individualized instruction to employees who need help mastering new skills or improving existing skills in order to perform their jobs more effectively
- Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, videos, or podcasts
- Leading group discussions and providing guidance on effective communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization
- Conducting training sessions in person or online using web conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.
- Ensure ROI on training is measured and delivered.
**Job Requirements**:
1. 3 to 4 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer/Ops Trainer.
2. Post-Graduate in any discipline (Preferably full time MBA)
3. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and has enterprising style of work.
4. Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in content creation (ppt & video based) using tools like, Canva and other content development tools.
7. Exposure on Learning Management System would be an added advantage.
**Salary**: ₹13,364.02 - ₹31,771.02 per month
