**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Engagement Type**:

- The talent shall hire on the client payroll directly
- Mode of work: Onsite, Bangalore
- The payroll and compliance will be managed by the client ONLY

**Technologies**:

- Expert - MuleSoft Anypoint
- Secondary - API Management, API Gateway

**MuleSoft Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Setup (Design and implement) and support highly available middleware infrastructure (MuleSoft and MQ)
- Deployment strategies, Mule Clustering, Load Balancing, Configure API manager including API policies.
- Runtime tuning of JVM, GC, and MuleSoft runtimes.
- Partner with Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and other engineers to implement middleware solutions and support Business requirements.
- Performance monitoring and tuning; environment monitoring; Managing API assets: infrastructure, platform, accounts, logs, ESB components; Check server health; check automated log rotations and archiving status; check server logs; check server performance (uptime, performance logs, JVM heap logs, core server dumps, O/S event logs); check status on ports, scheduler, monitoring transactions.
- Creates and maintains system and procedural documentation.
- BAU support including incident and change management.

**Project Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience with Middleware Technologies (MuleSoft and MQ administration experience is a must need skill set).
- Experience working with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Maven, Azure DevOps, Jenkins etc
- Experience working with Mule Connectors (Standard & Custom).
- Experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of MuleSoft and other middleware components, should be able to lead and run triage calls.
- Experience working directly with technical and business teams.
- Have strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent
