We have an urgent opening for **Senior Payroll Executive **

**Experience Required**: 5+ years with manufacturing industry

**Qualification Required **:PGDM/MBA in HR

**Roles and Resposibilities**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Managing end-to-end _Payroll_ _Processing_
- Ensure team members complete their _processing_ in line with the agreed time frames
- Reviews preliminary and post _payroll_ _processing_ audits and ensures audits are completed and reconciled timely in each _payroll_ period
- Accounting all the payments made to the employees; facilitating reconciliation and month-end activities
- Ensuring that changes related to Compensation and Benefit policies are implemented accordingly
- Reconciliation and timely payment of tax, superannuation, payments to third parties; liaising with bank during salary _processing_
- Performing analysis of errors from audit tracker to prevent errors and arranging training for improvements
- Facilitating Audits of the HR/_Payroll_ database on a regular basis to identify discrepancies & take corrective measures
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Steering _processing_ & payment of full & final settlement for left employees
- Providing guidance to the _payroll_ processors and workflow to ensure timely and accurate _payroll_ _processing_
- Directing end-to-end HR Operations of the unit from new hiring to termination/retirement along with HRMS Thread.
- Implementing and administering _payroll_ policies to ensure accurate and timely compliance with statutory obligations
- Performed daily headcount control in order to meet deadline and implemented half yearly and annual goal for individuals
- Coordinated with client & other stakeholders; managed internal & external audits
- Monitored reports like _payroll_ quality, efficiency, attendance and shared with HR Manager.
- Managed second level of escalations.

**Key Skills**:

- End to end Payroll Processing.
- Experience in HRMS Thread for 4-5 years is must.
- Generation of error free Payroll.
- Should have knowledge of Statutory Compliances.
- System Audit.
- On boarding to Full and Final Settlement.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
