- Develop and implement a Montessori curriculum that meets the developmental needs of young children._
- Plan and conduct educational activities and lessons in line with Teaching principles._
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes self-directed learning and independence._
- Observe and assess students’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians._
- Maintain open communication with parents, informing them of their child’s development and addressing any concerns._
- Foster a love for learning and encourage curiosity and exploration in children._
- Manage classroom behaviour in a positive and constructive manner._
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment._
- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in Montessori education._
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times._
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Teacher._
- Strong understanding of teaching principles and early childhood development._
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment._
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children._
- Strong organizational and time management skills._
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team._
