Site Superintendent

Should have experience in Installation and commissioning of vertical and horizontal pumps, HVAC system, Piping works, Winches & Capstans.
- Co-ordination with client/ Engineer for certification of activities.
- Co-ordination of E&M team for interface activities
- Planning and arranging Logistics especially in confined workspace.
- Supervising or training project team members.
- Estimating material, labor, or machinery costs for budget preparation.
- Preparing specifications for purchases of mechanical equipment and materials.
- Should have problem-solving skills.
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, Method statements, QAP's, technical drawings, or topographical maps,
- Should be well versed with work procedure, safety and quality requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to site regulations.
