Sales Support Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities
- Application filing and its follow up on approvals and next steps
- Enquiry follow-up
- Cratio follow up update (future business prospect data)
- Proposal generation
- Scheduling and managing the calls/ correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare deck for sales meeting

**Requirements and skills**
- Experience as a Sales/ Customer Support or similar Tele caller role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Bachelor’s, Sale & Marketting or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
