**Job Summary**
Responsible for the content areas of Web sites, including feature creation, partner relationships and programming. Creates and develops concepts for Digital Media video projects and video classified projects. May interact with third-party technology. Contributes to strategic planning and product builds; maintains quality control both for content features. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
**What you'll bring**
- You’ve got experience of working in a design agency environment, a communications role, or marketing role. You may have created learning content or innovative videos to get your message across, and you may have had experience creating content for social media. - You find it easy to create compelling content with a laser focus on keeping your audience informed and interested. This could be the end-to end production of a video to help launch a new type of meeting room or designing the graphics for a companywide newsletter. - You are a user of Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular, InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop. You’ll also have a strong grasp of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software. - You’re a creative at heart with a good eye for design, strong layout and typography skills, and a keen eye for detail. You also know your way around modern SharePoint. You’ve got original, creative ideas about how to make messages and campaigns reach and engage a large workforce. - You’re a pro-active person with a willingness to multi-task and you understand the need to be flexible and adaptable. Sometimes you’ll have to undertake tasks not directly linked with your core job description. You’ll be able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience: 2.5 - 4.5 years Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
**Core Responsibilities**
- Ensures the channel is hitting its goals for new and ongoing projects.
- Focuses on the long range plan for building product or feature vision in the channel.
- Monitors media sources and partner content feeds on a daily basis.
- Executes web projects and quality assurance.
- Ensures business goals are achieved and translated into optimal customer experience for content areas of website.
- Collaborates with Partners and Product Management, Business Unit leadership, Creative team, Engineering and others to implement the roadmap.
- Prepares user experience-related business requirements from a variety of internal and third party sources and help to translate those requirements into actionable design tasks and to develop successful products for user.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
