**Job responsibilities**
2.Manage and maintain customer accounts
3.Communicate and follow up with customers to identify requirements regarding their purchase and Get New Requirment Information from NPD and Quality Team, Study of customer order received.
4. Checking of sales order, study the instructions mentioned in order.
5. Once Order is Received, Get Confarmation Of stock Material Readiness from PPC and Store Department
6. Resolve customer queries by coordinating with CFT.
7. Undertake the making of quotations, RFQ’S and RFI’s, maintain their records.
8. To solve the difficulties faced by juniors.
9. Data For Sales Invoices to be Givent to Account Department For Invoice Generation
10. Plan purchase orders (including export orders), their logistics and co-ordinate with other internal departments regarding the same
11. Develop and Maintain well organized and timely delivered purchase plans
12. Giving intimation to Quality for preparation of test report Which are being sent with the consignment
13. Develop and monitor sales performance indicators for the organization.
14.Maintain accessible and organized filing system for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
**Educational** Qualification (Min. Requirement) Graduate/ Post Graduate
**Experience**: (Min. Experience for the Job Profile) Exp. Req. 03-04 Years
**Min. Skill Requirement For the Job Profile** Should have working knowledge on ERP, Computer Skill, Knowledge GST, Invoicing, Planning, etc.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
