**Process Management**:

- Create and maintain standardized processes within the sales team.

- Collaborate with IT and other teams to customize Salesforce as needed to support sales initiatives.
- ** Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a must. Salesforce certification is a plus.**

- Assist sales representatives with tasks that may impede their ability to focus on customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales and account management.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- ** At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce or a strong understanding of its functionality.**:

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working remotely and in the Eastern Time Zone.
