**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
- Use version control systems to manage codebase and collaborate effectively with other developers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Python and web development.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and adhere to coding standards.
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Propose innovative solutions and approaches to complex problems.

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Python programming language and its libraries.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI and Libraries such as Pandas, OpenCV, NumPy.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration with back-end services.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
