Actively support and participate in o9 (Supply Planning Platform) trainings, capability discussions, and go lives. Pre-Season: Collaborate with pre-season team, raw material planning team, Business, Capacity Planning team, Product Development team, and Source base to ensure 1) there is sufficient capacity in a monthly bucket to support frontloading if any, 2) MRP readiness 3) Raw material plan for floor set 4) cross sourcing, and 5) Optimal Leadtime In-Season: Collaborate with business, capacity planning team, raw material planning team, product development team, and source base to ensure 1) higher Order Confirmation Percentage, 2) effective utilization of vendor capacity, 3) effective utilization of available excess raw materials 4) Risks are proactively identified and escalated if leadership support is required, 5) Agility with decoupled leadtime, and 6) enable demand planning team to plan demand with supply in mind. Participate in innovative, metric driven processes and projects to achieve supply chain excellence Manage analytical reporting and dashboard that support seasonal and monthly planning processes and identify risks and resolutions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain or related area
- 10+ years in planning/business analytics/supply chain
- Excel (can perform complex functions), SQL, SAP (or other ERP/planning systems)
- Experience with data visualization tool like PowerBI and Tableau
- Apparel experience is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team
