**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Camp Management**:
- Oversee the overall operations of the camp, including accommodation, catering, and maintenance services.
- Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the camp facilities.
- Coordinate and manage housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff.
- Handle accommodation assignments, ensuring optimal usage of available space.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene in the camp kitchen.
- **Real Estate and Facility Management**:
- Manage property leases and liaise with landlords or property management teams regarding rental agreements and renewals.
- Supervise the upkeep of facilities, including scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with real estate teams to ensure that the camp aligns with local property regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility improvements and repairs.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure that camp operations adhere to all local safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and coordinate regular fire drills and other emergency preparedness activities.
- Address health and safety concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Financial and Budget Management**:
- Manage the camp’s operational budget, including food, maintenance, and utilities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and report to management on camp expenditures.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies and services while maintaining quality.
- **Staff Management**:
- Oversee the daily activities of camp staff, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
- Schedule shifts and manage workforce deployment.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and manage employee relations within the camp.
- **Guest Relations**:
- Address any staff or resident concerns and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all camp residents.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role within real estate, property management, or facility management.
- Hands-on experience in managing workforce accommodations in large-scale projects.
- Proven knowledge of real estate regulations and property management principles.
- **Education**:
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and expenses.
**Working Conditions**:
- The role requires living on-site in a camp environment.
- Regular interactions with staff and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.
