**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Oversee the lacquer coating process on aluminum tubes to ensure smooth production flow.
- Plan and schedule production to meet delivery timelines and minimize downtime.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower and materials.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure uniform coating, adhesion, and finish.
- Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Supervise the operation and maintenance of lacquer coating machines and related equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Ensure timely calibration and servicing of machinery.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Manage and lead a team of operators and technicians.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on safety and operational procedures.
- Monitor team performance and maintain discipline and productivity.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct safety training for the team.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Collaborate with the R&D team for product development and innovation.
