**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential leads, update information regularly, and track progress in the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Listen to customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information, pricing details, and benefits.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches, campaigns, and lead generation tactics.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs, preferences, and market demands
