Job Description:
- On the position of IT Desktop Support, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- IT equipment management
- Support during on
- and off-boarding processes
- Local and remote IT user support
- Devices and configurations management and support
- OS management (iOS, MacOS, Windows, Windows Servers)
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT support
- Teamwork skills, flexibility and patience
- An open mindset
- Business fluent in English
- Result oriented
- Well organized
- Proactive mindset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking
- Good communication skills
As strong advantage will be considered knowledge and experience in:
- Active directory and Office 365 account and permission management
- Network infrastructure
- Servers management
- Virtualization support
- Advanced administration knowledge of Windows / Windows server, MacOS, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Virtualization and Networking
Key Tech Skills:
- Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, MacOS, iOS, Windows / Windows Server, Virtualization, Networking, PowerShell, Jamf Pro
