**Job Title: Admin Executive**
- **Responsibilities**:_

1. Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

2. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to management and employees as needed.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

3. HR Assistance:

- Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and databases accurately and confidentially.
- Support HR in organizing training sessions, events, and employee engagement activities.

4. Financial Administration:

- Assist in managing office budgets and expenses.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.

5. Documentation and Filing:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing and updating administrative policies and procedures.

6. Visitor and Guest Management:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.

7. Other Duties:

- Perform other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative function.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
