Supervise the Fabrication team members to ensure product quality, productivity and on-time completion of Production Targets.
- Implement, document, and update production logs and standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for achieving the shift output as per the production plan.
- Responsible for overseeing Welding operations, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with welding inspection standards.
- Responsible for supervising the operators to ensure high performance levels and discipline.
- Ensure Safe practices and good housekeeping are implemented in the shop floor.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of production operations.
- Coordination in Kaizen & Continual improvement activity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
