IT System Administrator/Senior Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's computer systems and network infrastructure. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can manage complex systems and work with various departments to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets the organization's needs.

5+ Years, LAN, WAN, Network Infrastructure, Firewall & Security, Server 2012-2019, Active Directory, ERP,Vendor Management, RAID,Microsoft O-365, IT Compliances, Licensing, Digital Security,Cloud Computing,Data Backup Management & Recovery.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Design and implement computer systems and network infrastructure
2. Install and maintain servers, storage, networking equipment, and software
3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs
4. Manage user accounts, security settings, and access controls
5. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery systems. Performing regular backups to ensure that data is protected from computer crashes or natural disasters such as fires or floods that may occur in the building where the data is stored.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
7. Working with management to create a strategic plan for using new technologies to improve operations within the organization
8. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that they are using the latest technology tools.
9. Maintain accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased by organization.
11. Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers,Servers, interactive system, softwares, etc.
12. Maintain all users access request and authorizations (Windows, E-mail, Servers, Web-Portals etc)
13. Act as the primary contact for all outside agents in all computer technology related matters.
14. Prioritise initiatives, projects and support activities based upon the urgency and importance.
16. Responsible for Network, Firewall / CCTV and Voice Infrastructure uptime commitments.
17. Should have fundamental knowledge on security techniques to protect network from vulnerablities, anti-virus/malware methods.
18. Maintain inventory of network equipment and parts and ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts, End of life devices
19. Take ownership to resolve major LAN/WAN/Firewall incidents and maintain Network and Voice uptime and performance SLAs.
20. Interface with third party support, ISP’s and vendors.
KEY BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols
3. Experience with server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
4. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls
5. Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems such as Veeam or Commvault
6. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills need to be as well developed as your technical skills. In addition to motivating their team.
7. Attention to detail, Attention to detail can help minimize the potential for error, identify and correct possible problems before they occur.
